Don’t forget to check if your transponder renewal is due to be renewed.

To be able to race with your MYLAPS ProChip transponder you need to make sure the subscription is renewed and activated.

Have you registered your transponder?

If you haven’t registered, firstly create an account. Then follow the steps and register your transponder.

Once registered the steps to renew your transponder are :-

1. Renew your transponder subscription 

1. Log into your account and select your transponder. You may need to register first and add your product via the reference (same as used for race days).
2. Select the number of years you want to add to your subscription (1, 2 or 5 years)
3. Validate your transponder number and enter your personal information
4. The payment can be done with CreditCard, iDeal or Sofort Uberweisung

2. Activate the transponder with the renewal.

1. Download and install the FLEX Manager software. Please note that this software is only available for Windows
2. Connect the chip to the PC
3. Activate the subscription on your ProChip FLEX by pressing the ‘Activate’ button in FLEX Manager

If you don’t have a Windows PC please purchase your subscription in step 1 above and then see someone at the track that can help with activation.
